Our Company or any of their affiliates will not be responsible for any unforeseeable events or break downs which may affect or alter the contents of the tours described nor will they be responsible for any death, injuries, losses suffered while on board any of our vehicles or during transferring of passengers from vehicle to any other vehicle, or during any optional tour/s or activities as you acknowledge that
some of the activities have some risks factor/s. This Company is not responsible for any goods left on the vehicle. Children 1 – 12 years must be accompanied by an Adult. Under 1 years FREE. Notice of 72 hours is required to receive any refund if YOU cancel your booking. If you cancel the tour after booking a 10% fee is payable.
FREE TOUR OFFER: Free tour is per person, not valid with any other discount and redeemable within 30 Days from date of 1st tour. Tours must be paid in full before the first day of travel. A fuel levy may apply when world oil prices exceed the allowance in the fare. Free Tour cannot be used with any other deal or discounts.
